I found some annoyances that brought down my stay. The air conditioning unit was very loud. It was hard to sleep well. the gym did not have enough equipment. There were only a few machines, so a good workout was difficult. I found that unacceptable, limited equipment

I was impressed with the efficient room service and cleanliness. The reception staff greeted everyone with a cute attitude during breakfast.. The views of the Burj from the room added a special touch to my visit.
I did notice a soap dispenser in the shower was not working, a slight inconvenience. The television remote also had a flat battery.

The staff provided great care from arrival. Ruth and Odell checked me in. Omar helped with bags and it felt very nice. The bed has real comfort and the amenities were a plus. Food tasted good.
The air conditioning was excessively loud in my room, that was disturbing.

The hotel has a very convenient position for accessing areas of the city. I was able to walk to malls and the Burj Khalifa without difficulty. Taxis stand always outside the hotel, this made travel easy.

The hotel's location allowed easy walks to the mall. I appreciated the friendly staff and quick service. They were very helpful. The canal view from my room was beautiful, I was very thankful for that. I found it easy to get around, and enjoyed exploring the area.
